Social Support Services.

Cedar Street Apartments

The apartment complex is home to an MHA-owned and operated supported housing program. Residents live in one of 15 single-occupancy studio apartments. There are shared common areas for group activities and support services provided on-site as well. The program provides adults with mental illness the support and assistance necessary to participate in community activities at the highest level of independence possible.

All Cedar Street Apartments applicants must:

  • Be Homeless
  • Be seriously mentally ill and eligible for services through San Mateo County Behavioral Health And Recovery Services
  • Have an income of no more than 30% of Average Median Income for San Mateo County

Waitlist Information

Please note that the Cedar Street Apartments fills apartment openings from a waitlist. The waitlist will be open the week of August 21st through August 25th. We will only accept applications during that time. Full instructions are in the packet. You can download the packet here.
